The Administration Department's main functions are:
- To execute the decisions by the Municipal Council,
- To plan, coordinate and monitor the activities undertaken by the Municipality and its various departments,
- To settle problems and take decisions on various issues,
- To enforce the Laws and Regulations,
- To organize events,
- Traffic wardens.
The Secretariat Department's main functions are:
- To handle phone calls,
- To deal with incoming / outcoming correspondence,
- To preserve the Municipality’s archives,
- To keep the staff registry,
- To keep the records pertained to the works of the Municipal Council and the various Commissions,
- To handle complaints,
- Contact / meetings / meetings with representatives of Government Services and other competent institutions,
- To solemnize civil marriages.
