The aim of the Townspeople Service Point is to ensure that the municipal services keep on improving and that are highly performing. It also aims at an overall quality upgrading of the services provided to our townspeople. It is necessary to have an operational and structured service point, which is a high priority for our Municipality, in order that the townspeople may be immediately and efficiently served and supported.
The staff of the Townspeople Service Point
- Answers townspeople’s questions and clarifies any ambiguity emerged,
- Takes note of any advice and or recommendation given, which is transmitted to the Municipality’s competent departments accordingly,
- Takes note of all the townspeople’s problems or requests notified, which are forwarded immediately to be settled and or handled rapidly and efficiently.
