Special acknowledgements

Special acknowledgements to Mr Athanasios Athanasiou who is the author of the only book on Mesa Geitonia entitled «Mesa Geitonia: Past and Present», which many information has been picked from on the Municipality’s historical background. It is a remarkable publication in which the excellent narrative and the rich photographic content illustrate quite successfully the evolution observed throughout time, laying stress on the traditions of the Mesa Geitonia wider area for more than hundred years.
